Yahoo! I'm 8 weeks pregnant! It still doesn't seem real. Everyone tells you how sick your going to be and can't keep anything down, but I haven't had that at all! The only time I get sick is for about 5 minutes after I take my prenatal, but other than that, I feel great!
We told my family the news last weekend and they are so excited! We made the dogs shirts that said " I"m the BIG sister" and my little sister a shirt that said "I'm an Aunt" There is this game we like to play called Quelf, it's really random and anything can happen. So when Aaron got a certain card he said " I need Sarah, Lindsey and the dogs to help me" and we ran into Sarah's room. We put their shirts on and ran back into the room. It took them a little while to get it and it took my mom even longer to believe me, but when they did they were all pretty excited! We didn't even finish our game!
This past weekend we told Aaron's family. We went to St. George for a little get-a-way and to relax from all Aaron's school work. Art and Apryl were in California with Angie and Blake. They drove back with Amber and Jerry on Saturday and met us at their house. Aaron and I had made some cupcakes earlier in the day and wrote "Baby Troyer Oct. 2011" My mom also helped us write a poem and put that on the inside of the box. We sang Happy Birthday to Art and handed him the box. He opened it and read it, and read it again then it finally sunk it! He read it out loud and then read the poem.
