Time goes way to fast. Aaron and I have been married for almost 5 months now! Our wedding was AWESOME!!! We were married on August 8th, 2008 (yes that's 8-8-08) in the St. George we were very fortunate to have a lot of family come down to support us. We had a tasty luncheon at Ruby River then headed down to Vegas. We flew out of Vegas into Seattle and spent a few days up there. We had an awesome hotel (thanks dad) and a not so awesome car rental (thanks rent-a-wreck). We had a really good time. When we got back we got to take my bridals, kinda funny it happened after we were married! Two weeks after we were married we had our reception in my backyard in Centerville. Wow it turned out amazing! We did some pretty unique things, we had larger than life size pictures of us as our backdrop, for our centerpieces we used items of our favorite activities; like helmet, gloves, and pump for mountain biking, rope and harnesses for rock climbing and we even made our own DIXIE rock. Two weeks after our reception we had an open house down here in St. George at Pelican Hills. It also turned out AWESOME! It was really low key and we had a great time hanging with our families. We then settled into life being married and back to the reality.
Aaron still sells condos at Pelican Hills and he also works for me! I work at A Gentle Touch Home Care as a Supervisor and Client Care Coordinator. For one of our clients, Washington School District, we drive handicapped children back and forth to schoool. Aaron is taking on the big job of driving up to the snow in Pine Valley to pick up a girl there. They have a lot of snow up there and i'm a little bit worried about him driving it, but he's pretty excited. I'm not looking forward to school this next semester, but the upside to the down is that I get to apply for Nursing School!
We had a great white Christmas up in Centerville to hang out with my family then headed down to Payson to hang out with some of Aarons family. We headed back down to St. George on Sunday so I could be back to work on Monday and had lots of family come down to get away from the cold. We had a big party on New Years and anxiously awaited the new year so we could get to bed! Here's an update for now and hopefully this year both Aaron and I will be better about posting!
I can't get pictures to attach so pictures to come!
